Hi! My name is Himani Mehta, a freelance artist and graphic designer based in Mumbai,India. I specialize in Mandala design, doodle design, surface pattern design, Zentangle art, logo and branding.
I am an interior architect turned artist. Initially, I have worked for companies like Asian paints as an interior and colour consultant. As I was taking a break from corporate jobs, I stumbled onto mandala art, and since then I am hooked to making mandala.
I learnt a lot from this art form and now I am teaching others the importance of this art. As, Mandala is beneficial for mental health, I have conducted numerous sessions and workshops to bring light on the topic of mental health wellness. I have also collaborated with 5 mandala colouring books and this has really encouraged me to continue with this beautiful journey of mine. I have also worked with start-ups internationally for clothing and brand designing and have made logos for small business owners as well. Working internationally as well as locally, helped me gain a perspective of this art world and has also made me understand the impact different cultures possess on any form of art.
Most recently I’ve been working within the Mandala Coloring Book companies designing Mandala covers and merchandises.
